exceptionally good room, facilities included an electric kettle, a microwave oven and central heating. the location was marvellous and good, close to all the main sights, and eateries and the train station. plus it was located very close to the centre of town.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy apartment just steps away from the bustling Grand Place. The shower head sliding down was a minor inconvenience, but everything else was spotless and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better, and we loved the delicious breakfast basket with freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurts, croissants, baguette. The coffee machine made great coffee too. we highly recommend this place for its excellent location, cleanliness, and tasty breakfast.

The host gave us a warm welcome, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the modern design.

our second stay in arras was even better than the first. the apartment at the heart of the city was vibrant and lively, with a beer festival happening nearby. the cozy and comfortable space had all we needed, including a delightful breakfast basket. everything felt personal and thoughtful, from the welcome in the rain to the french tradition of lily of the valley. can't wait to return!

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was just a few steps away from the main square, which made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the festivities of the New Year. Another great aspect was the friendly and warm welcome we received from the host. They were helpful and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast that was delivered to our room in the morning was fresh and plentiful. It was a great way to start the day.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of an elevator. We stayed on the top floor, and having to climb several flights of stairs with our luggage was a bit of a hassle.

I wanted to explore the popular places in this city, and this apartment was the perfect place for me to do that - it was in a great location and allowed me to easily visit all the sights. The host was also very welcoming and made me feel at home.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money with a well-equipped and modern room at Placesappart. The location couldn't have been better, being just steps away from the lively Grand Place in a quiet neighborhood. The staff, especially Florence, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
